Group workshops

At five, two day workshops you will work on business challenges and problems with your fellow future farmers. We bring in experts from farming, business, media and marketing to help you develop your personal and business skills. Each workshop has a theme and is jam packed with real life problems.

Bespoke Training

You can access a training fund of £10,000 from Tesco where many leading training companies across the UK get involved. Training topics are up to you: provided you can demonstrate what you want to study will help you develop your farming career.

Supply chain visits
|
Supply chain visits are not just factory or farm tours. You will have the opportunity to meet business leaders, commercial and marketing teams, production experts, and consider new product development. You also have the opportunity to find out how a leading global retailer, like Tesco, works with its supply chain partners to meet the needs of its customers.
